Return Policy

All outfits purchased should be returned with 7-10 working days after delivery. We do not do refunds, returned items can be exchanged for a different size or style. Gift card can be provided instead. Clients will be responsible for the return shipping cost of the exchange item. We can only accept items that have not been worn, unaltered and with its labels.

Nice dress. Poor service.

Nice dress however, it arrived wrinkled. There was also poor communication and customer service. I didn’t get any information or status updates on shipping information, delivery ETA, etc. A shipping confirmation with tracking information and delivery ETA should have been provided. I even had to reach out to PayPal since it had been a while between shipping and delivery. I ultimately canceled the dispute once the dress finally arrived.
